WHO HASAREAL PASSION FOR COOKING. SHE STARTED HER CAREER BY JOINING LE
CORDON BLEU CULINARY SCHOOL AND RECEIVED TRAININGS IN THE KITCHEN
AT THE HOTEL GRAND HYATT ERAWAN, LE BEAULIEU, AND PATARA FINE THAI CUISINE.


AT AGE OF 21, SHE BECAME THE FIRST YOUNGEST CHEF TO BE AWARDED AS THE
WINNER OF ASIA YOUTH HOPE COOKING CONTEST IN 201 BYLES DISCIPLES
DESCOFFIER IN 2012 SHE WAS AWARDED AS ONE OF  THE YOUNG WOMAN
OF THE YEAR 2012 IN HER WORLD MAGAZINE WITHIN THE SAME YEAR, SHE WAS
THE FIRST RUNNER UP FOR GLOBALLY KNOWN CONTEST WITH THE TITLE
YOUNG TALENT 2012 BY LES DISCIPLES DESCOFFIER.


SHE LATER JOINED *THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA IN NEW YORK
WHERE SHE GRADUATED WITH HIGH HONOR AND AWARDED IST IN MANAGE-
MENT AND CULINARY, AND WORKED AT JEAN-GEORGES, A THREE MICHE-
LIN-STARRED RESTAURANT, FOR SEVERAL YEARS, RESULTING IN HER FINE CUL-
NARY SKILLS AND EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH STANDARDS.


CHEF PAM APPEARED IN TOP CHEF THAILAND AS AHOST AND JUDGE FOR
THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS. SHE WAS ALSO FEATURED IN "TOP CHEF ARAB
WORLD ASAGUEST JUDGE WITH OTHER CULINARY EXPERTS FROM MIDDLE
