GAINED FROM COOKBOOKS, TRAVELS, AND TAKING COOKING CLASSES, CHEFK
OPENED ANYA'S PLACE WHERE HE CREATED NEW FOOD AND BEVERAGE MENUS.
BEFORE THAT, HE AND HIS BUSINESS PARTNER HAD ALSO DEVELOPED
AMALTERY, A HOMEMADE COCKTAIL ICE CREAM BRAND WITH GREAT SUCCESS.

THAN 10O STAFF AND CAN WELCOME UP TO 240 GUESTS IN ADDITION, CHEFK
OPENED A NEW CAFE ARCHIE AND VACATION FOCUSING ON THAI FUSION AND
CREATIVE WESTERN DISHES, AND DEVELOPED HIS OWN BEVERAGE AND COFFEE
